30 Arabic Songs For Guitar
The East Classics
Music is a universal language that transcends boundaries and brings people together. However, many beautiful and culturally significant Arabic songs have yet to be explored and enjoyed through the lens of classical guitar performance. This is what inspired the creation of this book – a collection of 30 Arabic songs arranged for classical guitar, ranging from easy to harder levels.
Arabic music is renowned for its intricate melodies, and by arranging these songs for classical guitar, I hope to introduce a new dimension to the guitar repertoire while showcasing the beauty and complexity of Arabic music.
Through this book, I aim to provide a platform for both amateur and professional guitar players to explore and perform a wide variety of Arabic songs. From popular hits to traditional folk songs, each piece has been carefully arranged to retain the essence of the original melody while staying true to the capabilities of the guitar.
I understand the importance of preserving the integrity of Arabic music while also making it more accessible to guitar players, and this is reflected in the selection and arrangement of each piece. My hope is that this book will not only inspire guitar players to explore Arabic music but also introduce Arab audiences to the versatility and beauty of the guitar.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all the composers, lyricists, and performers who have contributed to Arabic music over the years. I hope that My arrangements will pay homage to their artistry and help to preserve the rich cultural heritage of Arabic music.
In conclusion, I invite you to explore the world of Arabic music through the classical guitar, and we hope that this book will serve as a valuable resource for anyone interested in expanding their guitar repertoire and exploring the beauty of Arabic music.
